Fees (taxes) to support ObamaCare, and hospitals will
pass thru the fees.

Yes on 53 STOP BLANK CHECKS
Requires voter approval for bonds over $2 billion

Yes on 54 LEGISLATURE TRANSPARENCY
Forces Legislature to post all bills on Internet for 72
before voting; also requires video recordings

NO on 55 INCOME TAX EXTENSION
Continues “temporary” tax hike; say “NO” to more taxes.

NO on 56 $2 PER PACK TOBACCO TAX INCREASE
Just another CA tax that does not do as promised;
increases black market; just say “NO” to more taxes.

NO on 57 REDUCES CRIMINAL SENTENCING
Puts more criminals on back on the streets more
crime; Takes rights from victims and gives to criminals

NO on 58 DELETES ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Repeals Prop 227, restores failed bilingual education.

NO on 59 OVERTURNS CITIZENS UNITED
Dem attempt to restrict political speech and
undermine the First Amendment.

NO on 60 MANDATORY CONDOMS IN ADULT MOVIES
Arrogant and silly measure restricting freedom;
“pro choice” on condoms.

NO on 61 STATE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
Deceptively caps prescription drugs; could create
turmoil in prescription market; VFW opposes.

NO on 62 DEATH PENALTY REPEAL
Eliminates death penalty; sponsored by ultra-liberal
Hollywood activist Mike Ferrell

NO on 63 REGULATES GUN AMMO AND MAGAZINES
Gavin Newsom’s attempt to infringe our “right to keep and
bear arms,” including background checks to buy ammo.

NO on 64 LEGALIZES RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA
Increased crime, drugged driving, drug use in CO;
allows for TV dope ads while kids are watching.

NO on 65 GIVES GROCERY BAG FEES TO
takes the 10¢/grocery bag fee for “wildlife;” actually a
slush fund for Agenda 21 and green crony capitalism.

YES on 66 DEATH PENALTY REFORM
Speeds up death-penalty process; the RTPP collected
nearly 500 signatures to help qualify for ballot.

NO on 67 BANS SINGLE-USE PLASTIC BAGS
Rejects 10¢/grocery bag fee (tax); allows freedom of
choice on grocery bags; we’re “pro choice” on grocery bags
